Q When I try to login, I am told my username and/or password are invalid.A Typically, this means a mistake was made either when logging in, or when registering (if this is the first time you are trying to log in). Please open that email and check against it, in case there was a typo when you chose your username and password. Note that all characters count, including spaces and punctuation.
Q When I login, I am told "This account is closed".
A There are two things that can trigger this message:
1) You closed your account.
2) Your account has been disabled. This is a rare occurrence and only happens as the result of suspected abuse or fraud.
Q When I try to login, I keep coming back to the login page, but with no error message.
